Terms and Conditions of Graphic Design Lab

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in courses offered by Graphic Design Lab. By registering for our courses, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Registration: To enroll in a course, you must complete the registration form and submit the full payment.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods. Full payment is required to secure your spot in the course.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of the course are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Class Participation

• Eligibility: Our courses are suitable for individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced graphic designers.
• Materials: Participants are responsible for providing their own materials, including computers and software required for the courses.
• Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and collaborative environment throughout the courses.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials and content provided by Graphic Design Lab are the intellectual property of the academy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

Graphic Design Lab is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during class participation. Participants are required to adhere to safety instructions at all times.

5. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or content as necessary. Participants will be notified in advance of significant changes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Singaporean law.
